Punjab Lit Foundation, in collaboration with T.S. Central State Library, Sector 17, Chandigarh, organised an awareness programme titled “Mothers Against Drugs” to promote drug-free lifestyles and strengthen family-based prevention against substance abuse.

Speaking on the occasion, the Vice-Chancellor of CUH Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar said, “This partnership marks a significant milestone in CUH’s journey towards industry-linked research and innovation, and we are confident that it will create meaningful opportunities for knowledge generation, technology development, and societal impact.”

Earlier, Shri N.K. Gupta Ji, Mukhi of Sector-45 Area, thanked all the children, youth, women and men present on the occasion for their participation and for encouraging the children with enthusiasm.

Sharing about the event, Isha Kakaria, Founder, NGO Tammana, said, The event was designed as an intimate wellness experience under the open sky, surrounded by greenery, where participants practised not just yoga, but meditation and other healing activities on the grass amidst trees and the calming sounds of birds. She further added,"Yoga Utsav is our annual effort to create meaningful wellness experiences for the community, specially for the team that continues to serve unconditionally towards the well-being of society and the community.
