The Director was pleased to see younger audience in the audience who are future of India in taking its heritage further. The encouraging words of Director was followed by the felicitation of senior Institute functionaries and MD students who have taken up Yoga research at PGIMER.

कार्यक्रम के दौरान कमांडेंट श्रीमती कमल सिसोदिया ने स्वयं आगे आकर सभी अधिकारियों एवं जवानों को विभिन्न योगासन, प्राणायाम तथा माइंड योग का अभ्यास कराया। उन्होंने पूरे योग सत्र का नेतृत्व करते हुए प्रत्येक अभ्यास में स्वयं सहभागिता की और सभी को सही विधि से योग करने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

Members of the Governing Body, Block Conveners, life members of the RWA and local school children participated in the yoga session conducted by Ms. Lata and Ms. Neha Chopra. Dr. Ashwani Dhiman and Ex-SHO Juldan Singh were adjudged the best yoga performers.

Director Prof. Rajesh Kumar Bhatia highlighted yoga’s role in physical, mental, and emotional well-being, emphasizing breathing exercises and meditation.
