Today's Recipe.....Puffed rice ke Murinde /Rice phulia ke Murinde

Cooking time....20 minutes
Ingredients
1. Rice flakes/Phulia
2. Gaggery
3. Dry fruits(your choice)
4. Fennel
Dry roast the Puffed rise to make them crisp....remove them from heat.....put gaggery and let it melt(put some water)....mix the Puffed rise in the gaggery syrup ...plate it in a oiled utensil(thali)....apply dry fruits on them....press hard the ingredients with a heavy weight to compress them.....Let it set....cut with knife/pizza cutter....Eat...Eat....and spend your time in your stay at home.
