CHANDIGARH,November 20, 2022:“Spirituality brings forth transformationto the inner self of an individual beautifying one inside out, thereby rendering humanity effective,”was exhorted by Satguru Mata Sudiksha Ji Maharaj on the 4th consecutive day of 75th Annual Nirankari Sant Samagam being held at G.T. Road Samalkha (Haryana).
The event saw a huge gathering of saints and devotees coming from various parts of the country representing multi-faceted traditions, languages and regions of India. Devotees from across the world too participated and contributed in the event.The venue in a way exemplified a world family gatheredwith one motive on a common platform.
Her Holiness further stated that when one gets enlightened with God Knowledge, all negativities of the mind get eradicated, just as light dispels darkness. God is eternal, omnipresent and the all-pervadingdivine light illuminates perpetually. Saints guided by this Divine Light are not affected by any worldly influences. Saints remain equipoised in every situation of life.
Satguru Mata Ji also added that for the saints traversing the path of spirituality, social status, caste, color and religious beliefs do not become obstacles and they accept everybody through their behaviour and actions.
Her Holiness stated that God is always with us and through God Knowledge can be attained at any point easily. Our relation with Almighty is soulful and by staying connected, we experience blissful state of living.
Earlier addressing the congregation, NirankariRajpitaRamitJi while sharing his thoughts elaborated on the difference between a good act and humanitarian act, said a good act is performed with a sense of doership due to various factors like moral values, social principles or pressures, guilt or fear. Whereas humanitarian act is out of surrendrance to God and devoid of any doership. A true devotee having attained God Knowledge, sees himself in His true image, and surrenders to the feet of Satguru, performs humanitarian acts. The Mission is spreading the same message to the entire humanity, today. He further insisted on need for love in all our relationships and guided us to become love in order to spread love.
Shanti Doot Award
During the session, considering benevolent and insightful contributions in uplifting spiritual and social consciousness of the entire humankind, Gandhi Global Family conferred, “The Shanti DootSamman” upon Her Holiness Sudiksha Ji Maharaj. The ‘Samman’ is for carrying forward the exemplary legacy of the Mission by offering sewa to humanity and spreading love, compassion, peace, equality and sense of selfless service in the society.
The award was presented by Padma BhushanJenab Ghulam Nabi Azad, President Gandhi Global Family in presence of Padamsri Dr. S.P. Varma, Vice President, Gandhi Global Family and Honorable Justice Ms. Indira Banerjee, Former Judge Supreme Court of India. The citation says that considering Her Holiness has been diligently working to guide and mentor millions of lives across the world, especially the youth with discerning messages and a simple yet profound life.
Multi-lingual Poetic Symposium
One of the key highlights of yesterday’s SatsangProgramme was the multi-lingual poetic symposium themed on “Spirituality and Humanity hand in hand”. Around 22 devotee poets from across the world recited the devotional poems in various languages like Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Haryanvi, Multani, English, Marathi and Gujarati. Theme-oriented works rendered by the poets were welcomed and blessed by all those attending the congregation.
