She would always make my favourite dishes. Watching her cooking and due to her blessings, I sharpened myself to try out new and exciting recipes. With time Cooking has become a passion for me. Cooking for me is an art full of creativity, where you explore your kitchen, mix your imagination and innovation with a twist to put together a delicious meal. I am Madhulika Vatsal presenting for you all some very amazing, delicious,yet very simple and easy recipes to win a lot of praise and make you feel overjoyed, proud and accomplished. Whole wheat veg hakka noodles
Ingredients In Veg Hakka Noodles: • 1 pack (150 gm) Ching’s Just Soak Whole wheat Veg Hakka Noodle. • 1 large carrot 100gms, sliced. • 100 gms cabbage, sliced. • 1 large red pepper 200 grams, sliced – can use a mix of green and red. • 3 stalks green onion chopped + more to garnish. • 4 tablespoon sesame oil. • 3 teaspoons minced ginger – garlic. • 1/2 pack Ching’s Chowmein Hakka noodle masala. Cooking Instructions: Prepare the noodles: Boil 5-6 cups of water in a Pan. Switch off the flame. Soak the noodles in water. Either pour the hot water on the noodle cake or gently put the Noodle cake in the hot water. Cover and let it stand for 5 minutes. Do not Cook/Boil the noodles. Drain the water and wash the noodles under running water. Noodles are ready! Prepare the dish: Heat the sesame oil in a pan. Put the minced ginger – garlic in the pan and sauté it. Put the chopped mixed vegetables in the pan and stir fry it for 2 – 3 mins. Put the soaked Ching’s Just Soak Veg Hakka Noodle in the pan with vegetables. Add Ching’s Secret Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala. Sprinkle 2 tablespoon of water. Mix well and stir – fry for 3 – 4 minutes. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
