Whole wheat flour cheesy snack recipe
Ingredients –
For dough -

1.5 cup Whole wheat flour

1tsp salt

1tsp sugar

¼ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp baking powder

2tbsp curd

For stuffing –

100gram grated paneer

100gram grated mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp red bell pepper

1 tbsp yellow bell pepper

1 tbsp green bell pepper

1 tbsp sweet corn

1 tbsp chopped onion

1 tsp black pepper pwd

1 tsp salt

1 tsp red chili flakes

1 tsp oregano

For topping –

Mozzarella cheese

Chopped coloured bell peppers

Chopped onions

Black olives

Red chili flakes


Method –

Mix flour, salt, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda in a vessel. Add curd and mix, prepare a soft and sticky dough using water. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Mix all ingredients of stuffing in a bowl.

Divide the dough in two equal parts. Roll in a thick disc. Place half of the stuffing in the center of the disc. Cover and seal the ends. Roll the ball in dry flour and gently roll in a thick disc.

Apply olive oil on the disc. Place mozzarella cheese on the disc and place some veggies, black olives, red chili flakes, oregano on top and prepare a second one also in the same way. Place ecobake on a flat bottomed pan and on a baking tray.

Bake one on a stove for 10 minutes. And bake the second one in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.

Take them out from the oven and cut them and enjoy.
