Biotin Powder Laddu for Long Healthy Hair and glowing skin

Ingredients –

1 cup oats

1 /4 cup almonds

1/4 cup cashews

1/4 cup walnuts

1/4 cup peanuts

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup flaxseeds

1/4 cup jaggery

1/2 cup deseeded dates

Method -

Dry roast oats in a pan on low flame for 2 minutes. Take out from the pan and allow to cool.

Now one by one dry roast all the nuts and seeds on low flame. Allow them to cool.

Add all ingredients in a mixer jar and prepare a course powder. Our homemade biotin powder is ready. Transfer in a plate. You can store it in an airtight container and take 1 spoon daily in the morning for best results.

Or can add jaggery powder for making it tasty.

Grind deseeded dates in a mixer jar. Add in prepared biotin powder and mix nicely. Prepare small laddus from the mixture.
