Rajasthan Famous Gud Lapsi
Ingredients-
1 cup daliya (broken wheat)

1 cup gud (jaggery)

1/2 cup ghee

Chopped dry fruits

Cardamom powder

Method –

Take 1 bowl daliya (broken wheat), 1 bowl jaggery (gud), 1/2 bowl ghee.

Boil 3 bowl water.

On another stove, heat a pressure cooker, add broken wheat and ghee. Roast on low to medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

Add 3 bowl of boiling water in the pressure cooker, take 4-5 whistles on medium flame. Allow to cool the pressure cooker.

Open the pressure cooker, give a good stir, switch on the flame, add 1 bowl of jaggery. Mix and allow to cook on medium high flame till all water is absorbed.

Switch off the flame and close the lid. keep aside for 30 minutes.

Open the pressure cooker, stir and add 2tbsp ghee, chopped dry fruits, and cardamom powder.

Serve hot and garnish with ghee and dry fruits.
