She would always make my favourite dishes. Watching her cooking and due to her blessings, I sharpened myself to try out new and exciting recipes. With time Cooking has become a passion for me. Chocolate Icecream
Ingredients –
1 cup non dairy whipping cream

100gram dark chopped chocolate

200ml milk

1tbsp corn flour

Choco chips, wafers chocolate (optional)

Method –

Mix chocolate and milk in a pan, melt it on low flame. Mix cornflour and 1tbsp water and mix in melted chocolate mixture, cook till the mixture thickens. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool completely.

Take non dairy whipping cream in a bowl and whip till soft peaks. Add melted chocolate mixture and mix gently, add chopped wafer chocolates. Pour the mixture in an airtight container and cover. Keep in the freezer for 8-10 hours.

Take out the frozen ice cream box, scoop out the ice cream and enjoy homemade chocolate ice cream.
