BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF DIETITION MS DEEP

CHANDIGARH,01.04.21-Dietitian Deep, Full name Depinder Kaur. She is third child of S Jaspal Sing (MD Cop. Bank) and Rajinder kaur (Govt Teacher). She is married to Gursharn Singh (Food Officer with Pb. Govt.). Her husband has interest in psychology. She has started her dietetics education after 7 years of her marriage and when she has two kids one elder daughter of 6 years and son 3 years, just out of interest. She has done her CFN, M.Sc. (Dietetic & Food Service Management) and training from PGI, Chandigarh. She is Life member of Indian Dietetic Association and Life member of Nutritional Society of India. She has attendant the seminars on diabetes at PGI Sector 11, Chandigarh, and seminar on Nutrition at Science City, Kolkata and seminar on Constipation, at DMC, Ludhiana. She had started her first diet clinic at Sirhind 27 Jan, 2016. In first year, she has treated 90 patients, with perfect results. In 2017, she had treated 900 patients. Afterwards that she made a tradition to treat 1000 patients every year. Presently, she has four diet clinics at Chandigarh, Mohali, Sirhind, and Ambala. Her husband and she decided to study at the age of 32 years, her husband started doing masters in psychology and she has done masters in dietetics. Her husband has supported her in her diet clinic to manage all the backend operations and also help her to manage the social media. She has food instincts as analyzed by her husband. Now she is helping the society the treated almost all the lifestyle diseases diabetes, BP, thyroid, fatty liver, heart problems, PCOS, kidney problems, skin problems, hair problems, bedwetting, etc. she has very high success rate in treating the patients near to 100% depending upon the following of Diet Plan by patient. Her H.O. is now at SCO 184, Sector 34C, Chandigarh.

Gond Makhana

Introduction:-

Gond Makhana a healthy recipe is healthy option for growing children, new mother and is good for Back Pain. Those who suffering from calcium deficiency or suffering from Back Pain, this is wonderful recipe for them.

Ingredients:-

Makhana 50gm
Grated coconut 20gm
Almonds 5-6
Cheshew nuts 3-4
Walnuts 2
Raisin 14-15
Gond 30gm
seed mix 30gm
ghee 40gm
pista 5-8
suji 50gm
Adrak powder(saunth) 5gm
Powdered sugar Add To taste
Method:-

Take a pan and dry roast Makhana.
Now, dry roast raisin and seed mix separately.
Now add a little ghee and roast suji.
In the same pan roast all other dry fruits and grind them (not finely).
Now add ghee to pan and fry Gond and grind it finely.
Take a big bowl and add all the grinded dry fruits to it.
Now, add suji, powdered sugar, Makhana, saunth, seed mix and raisin, grated coconut.

Now mix well.
Ready to serve.
How to Take:

Take two tsp with warm milk every morning. One has to take this mixture for one month. Take advice from a good dietitian.
