Healthy Lunch Breakfast weight loss recipes
Ingredients –
1 – Pasta Soup -

1 cup pasta

2 cups fresh tomato puree

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped yellow bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/2 cup broccoli florets

1tbsp sliced olives

1tsp salt

1/2tp black pepper powder

1tsp oregano

1tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2- Hazelnut stuffed buns –

200gram whole wheat flour

½ tsp salt

½ tsp baking soda

2tbsp honey

100ml luke warm milk

2 tbsp olive oil

Hazelnut spread

3 – Oats Chila

Ingredients –

1 cup oats

2tbsp besan

1 finely chopped onion

1 chopped green chili

Fresh coriander

½ tsp black pepper powder

¼ tsp turmeric powder

½ tsp red chilli powder

Oil for greasing

Salt

Method –

1 – Pasta Soup -

For tomato puree add blanched tomatoes in a mixer jar and prepare a smooth puree.

Heat 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a pan on low flame. Add chopped garlic and onion and sauté for a minute on low flame. Add broccoli, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, sweet corn in pan and mix.

Add tomato puree, 500ml water, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1tsp salt, oregano, 1cup pasta in pan. Cover and boil for 10 minutes on medium flame. Uncover and stir, check if vegetables and pasta is cooked.

Add olives and switch off the flame. Serve hot healthy and tasty pasta vegetable soup.

2- Hazelnut stuffed buns –

Method –

Mix salt, baking soda in whole wheat flour. Add honey and oil and mix. Prepare a soft dough using milk.

Prepare 6-7 balls from the dough. Spread them and stuff a tsp hazelnut spread and seal them nicely.

Place a tava and a pan on a stove, cover and preheat for 5 minutes on low flame, place a parchment paper on pan. Assemble stuffed buns on parchment paper. Cover and allow to cook on low flame for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes, flip them and allow to cook from another side for 5 minutes on low flame. Our hazelnut stuffed bun are ready to serve.

3 – Oats Chila –

Method –

Grind oats powder in a mixer jar, add in a bowl. Add besan, chopped onion, green chili, fresh coriander, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder and prepare a thick batter using water. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Grease a tava and pour a spoonful oats batter on tava, allow to cook and flip and cook for another few seconds and serve hot.
