1/3 cup aamchur powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder (Jeera)
1 tbsp melon seeds
1 tbsp raisins (kishmish)
1 tsp cashews
Method - Add 1/3 cup aamchur powder, 1 cup sugar, 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup water in a pan, mix all the ingredients nicely.
Switch on the flame, allow to cook on medium flame.
Add 1/2 tsp black salt, roasted cumin seeds powder, add 1 tbsp melon seeds, 1 tsp cashews, raisins in chutney. Mix and switch off the flame.
Allow to cool and store in the fridge for months.
