CHANDIGARH,05.10.20- 2020: Reliance Jio has commenced it's high speed Jio 4G services at Sri Hemkund Sahib to ensure that Sikh pilgrims travelling from Punjab, Haryana and other parts stay connected with their loved ones back home. Sikh pilgrims can now not only surf internet there but also share their experiences via video calling using Jio's high speed 4G services. This has been made possible due to months of relentless efforts of Jio's engineers and their commitment to pay back to the Sikh community as a mark of respect and gratitude to them for their contributions to the society.


Shri Gurnam Singh, Manager, Gurdwara Hemkund Sahib thanked Reliance Jio for this great gesture and said that a lot of difficulties of the pilgrims will be resolved with this initiative. They will be able to communicate seamlessly with their family members back home.
