Peanut roll


Peanut - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Water -1 cup
Dry fruits -2 tbsp
Red colour

Firstly in thick bottomed pan dry roast 1 cup peanut on low flame . Alternatively keep in microwave till the peanut are roasted well.
(2) keep stirring continuously. So that peanut get roasted Uniformly and do not burn.
(3) once the peanut start to separate it's skin turn off the flame cool completely. Peel of the skin and keep aside.
(4) now transfer into mixture jar and make fine powder
(5) now sieve the peanut powder making sure there are no pieces of peanut left out.
(6) now on non stick pan, take 1 cup sugar along with 1 cup of water.
(7) keep the flame on low and keep on stirring to from syrup.
(8) do not over boil the sugar syrup further as it turn peanut roll hard and britte.
(9) now add peanut mixture into sugar syrup and give a good mix.
(10) once the peanut paste turn to dough turn of the gas .
( 11) separate 4tbsp mixture into bowl and add dry fruits and give good mix.
( 12) make a roll.
(13) in pan add red colour and give a good mix .
(14) now spread the mixture into flat rectangular sheet .
(15) cover the dry fruits roll with sheet. And make roll
(16) keep in the freezer for 1 hrs
(17) now cut into pieces .
