CHANDIGARH,09.08.20-Last time I discussed Tadasna in detail and now I would like to tell you about Tiryak Tadasna which can be done with a little variation after Tadasna.
Take same position as Tadasna without lifting heels. Stretch the body up and bend towards left from waist and hold the position for some time. Come back to pre position and relax. Bend towards right and hold for sometime. Come back to original position and relax. Repeat the same from right side. This completes one round. Do five rounds in continuity.
It is one of the Asnas performed during Shankhprakshalana( cleansing technique)

Hernia
Sciatica
Slip disc
Hypertension ang vertigo
Heart diseases
Sever cervical pain
Severe headache
Spinal injuries
