PATIALA,13.11.19-Copy of Book titled,’’RISE AND DECLINE OF THE MUGHAL EMPIRE’’ compiled by Dr.Jaswant Singh Puri,Recipient of Doctor of Letters(Honoris Causa) and Punjab Rattan presented to Dr.Deepak Vohra ,Special Advisor to the Prime Ministers of India, on Saturday,09.11,2019 at a special function organized at Constitution Club of India,New Delhi.
Earlier Dr.Deepak Vohra was an Indian Diplomat who had served in the Indian Foreign Service and also served as Ambassador of India to Poland.
