While the vendors are also struggling with their fear of losing their livelihood. Therefore, the Honorable Administrator , Keeping in view the interests of both sides, should take initiative for the interests of all parties & find such a plan that makes all parties happy. Kailash chand jain suggested a plan for this, according to him , provision of "day-market" for vendors in Chandigarh can be a great option.

Kailash Jain says that on the lines of the Apni Mandi , different places can be earmarked for Day markets, which can be utilized at different places on different days. Such day-market can be allowed either in two or three places in a day as per requirement.

These markets should be away from the commercial or residential area and there all kinds of basic facilities and proper security arrangements should be made available to these day markets.

This will also keep the vendors' livelihood intact and will not hurt anyone. There will also be no fear of any illegal occupation.

Kailash Chand Jain has demanded immediate action in this matter by calling an all party meeting and taking consent of all stakeholders.
