Chandigarh, 6th December 2018. Heroes and villains which we can say anti-heroes are the major part of any story. There are some hero-villain pairs which we cannot imagine getting along. One such pair is famous from the 80s and 90s is Yograj Singh and Guggu Gill. We have seen so many films in which they have set a benchmark in the rivalry that even today actors consider their chemistry as the reference. But, this is the first time that Yograj Singh and Guggu Gill are coming as friends on screen for the upcoming film ‘Lukan Michi’.

Recently, they shot a song for the movie which showcases their friendship and this shoot has taken place in village Rakba, Ludhiana.

Apart from these two legendary actors, Preet Harpal and Mandy Takhar will play the lead role in the film. Along with them, Amrit Aulakh, Karamjit Anmol, BN Sharma, Sardar Sohi, Nirmal Rishi, Harby Sangha, and many new faces will also be there. The story of the film is written by Raju Verma. M Hundal will helm this project. Bumbal B Productions are venturing into producing films with this movie. Canada-based reputed NRI businessmen Avtar Singh Bal and Bikram Bal are producers of Lukan Michi.

At the shoot of the song, Guggu Gill said, “we have always worked against each other as enemies but this time we got the opportunity to be friends on screen. But, in real life, we both are very good friends. Yograj Singh is like an elder brother to me. We have worked together on so many projects that we understand each other. Working on this film and particularly this song was an amazing experience. We enjoyed a lot. I hope people will like our work.”

Yograj Singh said, “For audiences, me and Guggu gill has always been opposite. But for me, he is an important part of my family. We may not talk for months but deep down, we both know that we are there for each other. When I got the offer of this my first and foremost reason to sign this film was its script that I will get a chance to work with Guggu Gill as a friend. At this point in careers, we cannot ask anything more. I wish like our every previous works people will appreciate this also.”

Lukan Michi will hit the theatres on April 2019; the exact date of the film is yet to be reveal
