Mohali 18th October-Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh organized Visits for the students of Agriculture & Pharmacy Department. Students of B.Sc (Agriculture) & Diploma (Agriculture) visited Punjab Forest Department while B. Pharmacy & D. Pharmacy students visited Insif India, Ambala.

The motive of the visits was to give exposure to the students of Field and Industry both to familiarize them with the machines, tools, instruments and the working environment of the areas.

Pharmacy students learnt about working of various lab instruments such as pH meter, conductivity meter, colony counter, tablet making & coating machine and other apparatus and machines used in manufacturing and testing of medicines.

Students of Agriculture department interacted with Sh. Amrik Singh Bhullar, Forest Project Officer & Sh. Pawan Kumar sir, Forest Range Officer on causes and measures for declining forest rate recovery measures.

Students studied the preparation of Vermi Compost made with the help of Earth worms, set up of nurseries, working of Haryali App which is giving free plants and trees to the people of Punjab so that forest area could be increased.
