NEW DELHI,31.05.18-To bring some relief from the rising temperatures in the city, Delhi Tourism is organizing Sharbat Festival at Dilli Haat, Janakpuri from June 1-3, 2018. The three day festival will feature various stalls of herbals juices, milkshakes, ice creams along with traditional handloom and handicrafts. Visitors can also indulge in various cuisines at the food stalls which shall include Delhi’s famous street food.
The festival shall bring together unique types of flavored juices like aam punna, rose, khas, sugarcane, herbal drinks along with a mix of cocktails. The traditional kulfi along with other flavoured ice cream will also be available. Visitors will be able to purchase at stalls apart from tasting these refreshing flavours.
As families come together to enjoy the festival, children will be able to indulge in several activities Camel rides are also being organized to engage the kids as their parents discover the stalls. Special cultural programmes will be held everyday in the evening at 7 pm.
The festival will be held at Delhi Haat, Janakpuri from 11 am- 9 pm. Tickets will be sold at Rs 20 for adults while it is free for kids below 10 years of age.
