New Delhi,19.06.17-In a colorful ceremony amidst the display of a plethora of varied cultural performances, Delhiites bid adieu to the month-long Greeshm Utsav organized from 19th May to 18th June, 2017 by Delhi Tourism in association with Delhi Kalyan Samiti under the aegis of Government of Delhi.

 At a well-attended closing ceremony, Delhi Tourism distributed the Prizes among the Winners of various competitions, such as, Dance, Music, Treasure Hunt and Mrs. Greeshm, etc., organized during the month-long celebration. The fiesta was organized at the various project sites of Delhi Tourism namely Dilli Haats - Pitampura, Janakpuri & I.N.A., Garden of Five Senses & Haritima Tourist Complex, an Eco-Tourism Complex developed by Delhi Tourism at Kanganheri. The month-long exuberant cultural extravaganza not only provided a cool respite to Delhiites from the scorching heat waves of the sunny days, but also gave them an ample opportunity to get themselves indulged in different genres of arts like Paintings, Fabric Paintings, Clay Modeling, Cooking, Leaves & Vegetables Paintings, Pottery Making, Cards Making, etc., to name a few. Along with providing them an easy way to get their health checks upright with the Yoga Sessions.

 Besides this, the month-long cultural fiesta also marked the performances by the renowned Artists viz., Surendra Sharma, Rajeev Thakur, Chintan Rajput, Harsimran Singh Uppal, D.J. Amish, D.J. Gouri, Nizami Brothers, Jitesh Chawla, Nasya Band, Javed Ali, etc., to name a few. With an aim to promote its various project sites and give a boom to Tourism in the capital city, Delhi Tourism is committed to provide Delhiites with a variety of entertainment by organizing a number of socio-cultural activities throughout the year in the capital. The closing ceremony marked the presence of renowned Bollywood Singer - Javed Ali, who left the audience present at the venue to be spell-bound by his majestic and melodious voice.
