Chandigarh 18.11.2022: State Bank of India organised a Builders Meet on 17^th November which was attended by more than 50 renowned builders of tricity. The meeting was inaugurated by Shri Vinod Jaiswal, CGM Chandigarh Circle. The meeting was attended by General Managers Shri Sumit Phakka and Shri Sujit Kumar. Builders from Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur and Tricity participated in the Builders meet.

SBI, the largest home loan provider has always been pioneer in Home Loan and related businesses. During the meeting features and benefits of Bank's Builder Finance Scheme and Builders Tie-Up were elaborated by Bank officials. Shri Jaiswal appreciated contribution of builder’s community in providing Homes to all classes of citizens. He also acknowledged importance of partnership with them. Builders praised Bank's transparent and customer friendly Home Loan products and processing which are very vital for building trust among the purchasers. The Home Loan Builder Tie up facility is Bank’s popular scheme which gives comfort to prospective buyers in selecting the Home Property and take Home Loan from the Bank with ease. They don’t require separate TIR and Valuation for getting the loan which saves cost as well as time. SBI has over 145 approved builder tie-up projects in Tricity and states of Punjab, Haryana, and H.P. at various locations. SBI also provides financing to builders for development of residential housing projects.
