She would always make my favourite dishes. Watching her cooking and due to her blessings, I sharpened myself to try out new and exciting recipes. With time Cooking has become a passion for me. I am Madhulika Vatsal presenting for you all some very amazing, delicious,yet very simple and easy recipes to win a lot of praise and make you feel overjoyed, proud and accomplished. Aloo Palak Ki Sabji
Ingredients -
1 bunch of fresh spinach (finely chopped)

3 medium size chopped potatoes

2 medium size chopped tomatoes

1 onion finely chopped

1 tbsp ginger chili paste

1 tbsp chopped garlic

1 tsp cumin seeds

1tsp red chili powder

1 tsp coriander powder

¼ tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp oil

½ tsp garam masala

Method -

Heat oil in a wok, crackle cumin seeds, add garlic and cook for few seconds, add onions and cook till they become light brown in colour on low flame. Add ginger chili paste. Cook on low flame.

Add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and salt in wok, mix and cook for 10 seconds, add chopped potatoes and mix, cover the lid and allow to cook potatoes nicely, give stir after 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and cover the lid and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Uncover the lid and add chopped spinach, mix and cover with lid and allow to cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame. Now uncover the lid, give a good mix and our tasty aloo palak is ready to serve.
