Chandigarh, October 10- Haryana Deputy Chief Minister and Faridabad District Public Relations and Grievance Committee President, Sh. Dushyant Chautala will preside over the meeting of District Grievance Redressal Committee on October 11.

Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala will redress the complaints received in the meeting of District Public Relations Public Grievances Committee.

Prior to this, Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala and Union Minister of State, Sh. Krishan Pal Gurjar would also inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for seven different roads of district Faridabad. These include the widening and strengthening of the Nagla Gujran Road from Kuralipur, the construction of the road from Kurali to Khuda via Faizpur Atali and Motuka, the construction of the Shahjahanpur Khadar to Latifpur Road, the construction of the road from Arwa Pontoon bridge to Shahjapur village Fatehpur Atta, laying foundation stone of four-way laning roads of Faridabad Jasana, Chirsi, Manjhawali. He will also inaugurate the foot over bridge on the Faridabad Surajkund road.

Chandigarh, October 10 - Maharaja Agrasen Jayanti was celebrated with great enthusiasm in the Bhai Udai Singh Fort Complex of Kaithal. Speaker Vidhan Sabha, Sh. Gian Chand Gupta attended the function as the chief guest. He said that the celebration of Maharaja Agrasen Jayanti by the youth is a symbol of the fact that the message, teachings, inspiration, and principles of Maharaja Agrasen are being followed by Aggarwal Samaj even today.

He said that the community is working in every field to serve the nation. Whenever calamity hits the country, even during the corona pandemic, the community showed their concern and contributed to tackle the same. Society is moving ahead with the spirit of service and dedication. Sh. Gian Chand Gupta announced to give Rs 5 lakh to Aggarwal Yuva Sabha from private fund.

Appointments that were previously made under Outsourcing Policy I and II will now be done through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam: KAMLESH DHANDA

Chandigarh, October 10 - Haryana Minister of State for Women and Child Development, Smt. Kamlesh Dhanda said that all the appointments that were previously made under Outsourcing Policy I and II will now be done through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam. This move will not only prevent exploitation of employees working on contract basis, but will also play a pivotal role in ensuring ample employment opportunities to eligible candidates, she added.

While listening to the grievances of the public at her residence at Kaithal today, Smt. Kamlesh Dhanda gave necessary directions to the concerned officers. She said that with the introduction of this newly transparent appointment system implemented by the Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal, transparent and merit based appointment of employees will now also be ensured even in the appointment of employees on contract basis as well.

The Women and Child Development Minister said that outsourcing employees would be engaged through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam in the state. For this, the Nigam will launch its portal from November 1, and the youth can apply there.

She said that employees appointed through various outsourcing agencies in various departments used to complain about not getting EPF, ESI facility, but now they will get all these facilities.

She said that not only will the deserving youth get employment through the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam, but training would also be arranged from time to time for their skill development.

Major Activities undertaken by the State of Haryana to control the spread of COVID-19

• Department of Health fixed the per day upper cap of COVID treatment charges in all private hospitals through order dated 25.06.2020. The rates for isolation beds (Rs. 8, 000 per day for Non- NABH Hospitals, Rs. 10, 000 per day for JCI/ NABH Hospitals), ICU Beds without Ventilators (Rs. 13, 000 per day for Non- NABH Hospitals, Rs. 15, 000 per day for JCI/ NABH Hospitals), ICU Beds with Ventilators (Rs. 15, 000 per day for Non- NABH Hospitals, Rs. 18, 000 per day for JCI/ NABH Hospitals).

• State Government has fixed the Rates/ Charges for different type of COVID 19 testing as below:-

1. CBNAAT testing- 2400/-.

2. True NAT Testing- 1250/-

3. RTPCR Samples collected at private hospitals/ labs and their designated collection centers - 299/-

4. RTPCR Samples collected through home visits - 499/-

5. Rapid Antigen Testing-350/-

6. IgG based ELISA Testing-250/-

• The Government of Haryana has fixed the upper limited of lab test in patients of COVID-19/ post-COVID sequelae, as tabulated below:-

• Haryana Village General Health Checkup Scheme: The scheme was initiated from May 15, 2021 & villages with high

COVID load were taken on priority and Rapid Antigen Testing (RAT) was the main stay of screening. Till date, total

1,73,79,228 were screened and 1,10,928 cases of ILI were detected and 5,164 positive cases were diagnosed, isolated and treated to prevent the spread of disease. The villages with positivity more than 5% were re-screened. Out of 13,22,058 people re-screened, 90 positive cases were detected and treated to effectively curtail the spread.

• Total 2115 number of Plasma Units collected from COVID 19 recovered patients till date and 1261 COVID 19 Patients given Plasma Therapy treatment till date.

• Control Room –cum- Helpline of 30 lines has been made operational at Panchkula. Services of tele-medicines are being provided through helpline. The helpline nos. are 8558893911, 1075 and 108 (Ambulance Services) available for 24 X 7.

• The State Government notified ‘The Haryana Government Epidemic, COVID-19 Regulations, 2020’ under the Epidemic

Disease Act 1897 on 11th March 2020.

• Nineteen Government Labs, one each at PGIMS, Rohtak (capacity 3000 sample per day) and BPS Khanpur Kalan (2000 sample per day), ESIC Medical College Faridabad (2000 sample per day), Kalpna Chawla Medical College Karnal (2000 sample per day), Civil Hospital, Gurugram (1800 sample per day), Civil Hospital, Panchkula (2000 sample per day), Command Hospital (150 sample per day), SHKMGMC, Nalhar (2000 samples per day), TRANSATIONAL Lab, Faridabad (500 sample per day), Civil Hospital, Ambala (2500 sample per day), MAMC Agroha, Hisar (1500 sample per day), Civil Hospital, Sirsa (1500 sample per day), Civil Hospital Rewari (1500 sample per day), CHC UCHANA JIND (900 sample per day), Civil Hospital, Panipat (1500 sample per day), IMTECH, CSIR, Chandigarh (200 sample per day), Civil Hospital, Yamunanagar (2500 sample per day) and Civil Hospital, Bhiwani (1000 sample per day) District Molecular Lab, Faridabad(900 sample per day) are for doing test for COVID-19 and Nineteen Private Labs at CORE Diagnostics (5000 sample per day), Modern Diagnostic & Research Centre Lab, Gurugram (2500 sample per day), Dr. Lal Path Lab (3000 sample per day), SGT Gurugram (1500 sample per day), MolQ lab, Gurugram (1200 sample per day), Molecular Lab, Adesh Medical College and Hospital, Kurukshetra (2500 sample per day), AAL Research and Solution Pvt. • More than 88.70 lac persons have already downloaded AarogyaSetu App in Haryana.

• More than 20 Mobile Health Teams have already been formed to check health status regarding SARI, ILI etc.

• Haryana has 41,412 bedded quarantine facilities in Dedicated COVID Care Centers and 23,780 Beds are available in

Dedicated COVID Hospitals and in Dedicated COVID Health Centers.

• Department of Ayush has distributed immunity boosting medicines to more than 12.19 lac persons in containment zones.

• Monitoring of Home Isolation Kits Distributed as on 10th October 2021: 37454 (Details provided by National Health Mission, Haryana).

• Outcome of certain COVID-19 positive cases is under investigation with State COVID-19 Review Committee.
