She would always make my favourite dishes. Watching her cooking and due to her blessings, I sharpened myself to try out new and exciting recipes. With time Cooking has become a passion for me. Sindhi Koki

Ingredients -

2 cups Wheat flour (gehu ka aata)

1 tbsp gram flour

1 cup finely chopped onion

1/2 tsp carom seeds

1 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp black pepper powder

2 chopped green chilli

1 tsp salt

1/4 cup fresh coriander

1 tbsp oil

Method –

Add gram flour, carom seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, green chilli, salt, fresh coriander, chopped onion in wheat flour.

Mix oil.

Prepare a dough using water.

Take a handful dough and prepare big balls.

Dust rolling board with dry four and roll the ball in a round and thick disc.

Roast on low flame.

Flip and cook on low flame.

Flip and mark cross cuts with a knife.

Flip and cook.

Drizzle oil and flip, and cook from another side too in the same way.

Remove from tawa.

Prepare all kokis like this and enjoy.

Tasty, crispy kokis taste perfect with butter, curd or with tea.
