In this regard one Customer Meet is also being organized today in the evening under the Chairmanship of Revered Executive Director Sh. Rajeev Puri .In the Press Conference our Executives, Sh.V.V. Natarajan, Field General Manager, Zonal Office Chandigarh, Sh. Arvind Kumar, Senior Regional Manager, Regional Office Chandigarh, Sh.S.S.Mathur, Regional Manager Shimla & Sh. Dheeraj Goel,Regional Manager Rohtak were also present and assured to comply the instructions given by Higher Authorities for Business Promotion while strictly following the GOI Covid Guidelines .

  1. Bank Launched Cent Pragati Scheme From Rs.1 Cr. To Rs.25 Cr. For existing firms for last 3 years , at Lowest ROI@7% for MSME borrowers including Food & Agro Processors. No External Rating required.
  2. Bank has also Launched Cent Umang Campaign to benefit MSME Customers with Low ROI of 7 % based on credit history. Also Retail Monsoon Jackpot Campaign launched to retail customers by complete waiver of Processing Charges.
  3. To boost Govt Covid-Vaccination programme, Bank has launched Immune Deposit Scheme for Vaccinated depositors by giving 0.25% extra interest on deposits.
  4. Looking to the Pandemic situation, Bank has initiated Missed Call facility so that Bank service can be reached to customer`s door with single missed Call. For Deposit schemes Bank is having Number 9223502222. For Credit facility, the Number is 9223901111. Also Door Step Banking services started to benefit our customers.
  5. To Boost Credit growth in Retail & MSME, Bank has started Co-Lending with IIFL, Edleweiss, India bulls & Dhanwarsa Finwest.
  6. Our staff stood Tall during Covid & served each customer. Those employees who have unfortunately lost their lives due to Covid, Bank has given Employment to family member on compensation ground & also supported staff’s family in monetary terms.
  7. Bank has launched CPAC Model to empower branches to provide speedy disposal of credit services to borrowers.
  8. Bank has made addition to its digitalization services to provide quick services to customers.
  9. Looking to the strong presence of the Bank in rural & semi-urban area, it has planned to increase Banking Correspondent (BC) from 7000 to 15000.
