Homemade Ginger Powder / Saunth Powder

Ingredients –

Fresh Ginger

Method –

Wash ginger and clean it nicely. Wipe with a napkin. Peel ginger and grate.

Spread grated ginger on a plate and allow it to dry in sunlight for 2-3 days. Transfer dry ginger in a mixer jar and grind in a fine powder. Sieve and our dry ginger powder / saunth is ready.
