Chandigarh, January 14- The Chief Minister of Haryana, Mr. Manohar Lal today launched aviation services between Chandigarh and Hisar at Chandigarh International Airport today. On this occasion, the Chief Minister handed over a boarding pass to the first passenger to board the aircraft and also visited the airstrip where he was apprised about the aircraft. This service has been started by Air Taxi Aviation Company.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that today a new chapter has started in the direction of aviation services in Haryana. He congratulated everyone on the auspicious day of Makar Sankranti on the commencement of air taxi service from Chandigarh to Hisar. He said that the Air Taxi Company has ordered four-seater airplanes. Besides the pilot, three passengers will be able to travel in these air taxies. The distance from Chandigarh to Hisar will be covered by this aircraft in 45 minutes. This service has been started under the 'Udaan' scheme of the Government of India. The scheme was started by the Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi, whose dream was to make flying affordable. This air service, started under the 'Udaan' scheme, will fulfill the Prime Minister's dream.

He said that the company has fixed a very economical fare of Rs 1,755 from Hisar to Chandigarh. Bookings can be made online at http://flyairtaxi.in. The company has also provided the facility of private booking, the fare for which will be different. There will be a daily flight between Hisar and Chandigarh at its scheduled time even if only one passenger has booked a ticket.

After starting Chandigarh-Hisar air service from today, the company will start air service from Hisar to Dehradun from January 18, 2021 and from Hisar to Dharamshala on January 23, 2021.

Chandigarh, January 14: Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Dushyant Chautala directed the concerned officers to keep in touch with the youth preparing for competitive examinations who have registered on the Saksham Portal and encourage them to prepare diligently. He also directed them to evaluate and review as many online mock tests as possible.

Mr. Dushyant Chautala, who also holds the portfolio of Labour and Employment Department, was presiding over a review meeting regarding various initiatives taken by the concerned Department. On this occasion, Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Mr. Anoop Dhanak, Additional Chief Secretary, Employment Department, Mr. TC Gupta, Director General, Skill Development & Industrial Training and Employment, Dr. Rakesh Gupta and other officers were also present.

The Deputy Chief Minister was apprised in the meeting that a total of 2,71,963 applications of youth have been approved under the scheme since the implementation of the Saksham Yuva Yojana, out of which some youths made the most of the scheme and were either employed or dropped out of the scheme due to age factor. Currently, 2,30,925 youth are approved. The State Government has given 1,20,765 youth out of the above registered youth 100 hours of work in some department or company as per their skills. Currently, 36,856 youth are employed under this scheme. It was also informed that as per the scheme, from November 2016 till date, the total allowance of Rs 626.56 crore was given to the youth, while Rs 485.65 crore was given as honorarium in lieu of 100 hours of work done.

Mr. Dushyanat Chautala was also apprised that the efforts made by the State Government have started receiving positive results. Out of the registered Saksham Yuva, 3825 youth have also got government jobs. On this occasion, it was also informed that the Saksham Yuva are being asked their job-related preferences through phone or SMS so that they can be guided accordingly. There is a target of career-counseling of over 30,000 youths next year. On the occasion, it was also informed that despite the lockdown, 36 online job fairs were conducted by the Employment Department so that the youth can get employment.

The Deputy Chief Minister was further apprised that about 50,000 youth are being prepared for competitive examinations of Government Jobs under the MoU signed with 'Gradeup' and 'M3M Foundation’ by the Employment Department for government jobs, in the first phase. The preparedness of the youth is being evaluated through online tests.

Appreciating the efforts of the officers, Mr. Dushyant Chautala directed to make the youth registered on Saksham Portal more competent.

The service tenure of Mrs. Keshni Anand Arora will be for a period of three years or till attaining the age of 65 years whichever is earlier, from the date on which she joins her new assignment.

Chandigarh, January 14 – Taking a giant leap towards digitization to further enhance the Antyodaya Saral portal, all the nodal officers of Antyodaya Saral portal have been asked to ensure integration of Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) by January 26, 2021.

This was informed on the directions of the Chief Minister, Shri Manohar Lal by Project Director, Chief Minister's Good Governance Associates Programme, Dr. Rakesh Gupta during the review meeting of the progress of all Departments in the Antyodaya Saral Project. The meeting was held under the Chairmanship of Dr. Rakesh Gupta. The Antyodaya Saral platform has been developed with the vision to deliver all Government to Citizen (G2C) services and schemes on a single integrated platform in a time bound and efficient manner, he said. While addressing the meeting Dr. Gupta lauded the efforts of the team for working continuously so as to ensure seamless integration of all the government schemes and making it a one-stop digital platform for citizen services across the state.

He congratulated the nodal officers of all the Departments on receiving the Platinum Award under the category ‘Excellence in Digital Governance - State/UT’, Digital India Awards 2020, for Antyodaya Saral Portal recently where Haryana had emerged as a pioneer. The award was presented on December 30, 2020 by the President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind in the presence of Minister of Information Technology, Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad. Antodaya Saral (https://saralharyana.gov.in) was envisioned by the Chief Minister, Shri. Manohar Lal in 2017 to build a citizen-centric service delivery system and to bring transparency by enabling citizens to monitor their application status.

While congratulating the officers he lauded the conjoint efforts of all Deputy Commissioners, nodal officers, NIC Haryana and the Chief Minister's Good Governance Associates (CMGGAs) who ensured the on ground timely implementation of the project and have been striving for enhancing its efficiency since then.

Elaborating on it further he said that fulfilling the vision of the Chief Minister to ensure efficient and citizen centric governance multiple e-governance projects like “e-Office”, “Parivar Pehchaan Patra” and “Human Resource Management System” are on the verge of completion and the state government is heading towards “paperless office”.

Dr. Gupta appreciated the Departments who have improved their Ticketing Score (Citizen Grievances Redressal Portal of Antyodaya Saral) and the Right to Service Score (RTS) regarding timely processing of service or scheme applications received on the portal. He also asked the Departments with lower scores to work on improving them.

The Departments which have excelled while sharing the steps taken to improve their performance apprised Dr. Gupta that regular monitoring of the portal by a dedicated team of experts have been instrumental in ensuring their good performance.

It was apprised in the meeting that more than 540 government schemes and services have been integrated on the platform, there are more than 6 lakh applications received on the portal every month, around 20 lakh messages are sent for tracking of application every month and on an average 1 lakh calls are received on the Antyodaya Portal helpline every month.

Sharing details of the Departments receiving maximum tickets Dr. Gupta said that Health Services, Urban Local Bodies and Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Board attract maximum tickets.

The meeting was attended by the Antyodaya Saral nodal officers of all Departments.

Chandigarh, January 14: Board of School Education, Bhiwani has decided to conduct the Re-appear examination for the first year and second year for Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from February 19, 2021. The date sheet for these examinations has been uploaded on the official website of the board www.bseh.org.in.

Sharing more information, spokesperson of the board said today that the examinations for the first year (Re-appear) will start from February 19 to March 12, 2021 and examinations for the second year (Re-appear) will start from February 20 and will continue till March 13, 2021.

He further informed that these examinations will be held in the time slot from 2 pm to 5 pm. The time slot of examinations to be conducted on March 3, 2021 and March 12, 2021 will be from 2 pm to 4 pm.
