Chandigarh, 09 Dec 20. DISHA Cell of Air Headquarters New Delhi organized a virtual interaction session on “Career in Indian Air Force”for City NCC Airwing Cadets.Wing Commander Sneha Singh was the speaker for the day.

Cadet Warrant Officer Aditi, the Senior Most Cadet of Airwingwarmly welcomed the esteemed guest and requested her to take the session forward. Wg CdrSneha shared her beautiful and inspiring journey of over fifteen years in Indian Air Force. She apprised the cadets about the different Branches of the Indian Air Force.

She also talked about the opportunities available for NCC Airwing cadets within the Indian Air Force and its eligibility criteria. She also briefly explained about the type of entries, commissions and branches of Indian Airforce.

Further future aspirants got a chance to directly interact with the speakerin a Q&A round. The kind of response received from the students during the Q&A round clearly showed how inspiring and informative the session was for all of cadets.

“The programme was very helpful to the cadets as this is the best way to inform and clear the doubts through one-to-one interaction as most candidates have limited knowledge about induction” says Group Captain M R Pandeya, Commanding Officer NCC Air wing Chandigarh.

At the end of the session, on behalf of Commanding Officer Chandigarh Airwing NCC and all cadets, Cadet Garima Rana presented the Vote of Thanks.
