Grilled Vegetable Sandwich –

Ingredients-

Bread slices

For green chutney - 2 cups fresh coriander, 5-6 green chillis, 1 inch ginger,

1/4tsp black salt, 1/4tsp salt, 1 fresh lemon juice, 1tbsp roasted chana

For Red Garlic Chutney - 10 garlic cloves, 5-6 red whole red chillis,

1/2tsp salt, 1/2 bread slice, 2tbsp oil

For Sandwich stuffing -

Tomato slices, boiled potato slices, capsicum slices, cucumber slices,

grated carrot, grated beetroot, butter, cheese slices, salt and sandwich

masala

Method –

For green chutney, add fresh coriander, green chillis, ginger, black salt, salt, fresh lemon juice, roasted chana, water in mixer jar. Grind and prepare thick coriander chutney. Green fresh chutney is ready, transfer in a bowl. Keep aside.

For red garlic chutney, add 10 garlic cloves, 5-6 red whole red chillis, 1/2tsp salt, 1/2 bread slice, 2tbsp oil, 1tbsp water in a mixer jar. Grind and prepare a thick red chutney. Red garlic chutney is ready, transfer in a bowl.

Prepare vegetables for the grilled sandwich. Tomato slices, boiled potato slices, cucumber slices, capsicum slice, grated carrot, grated beetroot.

We need three bread slices for a sandwich. Apply, butter on bread slices.

Apply red chutney on one bread slice, green chutney on second bread slice.

Place vegetable slices, grated beetroot and carrots on two bread slices as shown in the video. Sprinkle salt and sandwich masala over it. Place a bread slice on other, keep a cheese slice and cover it with third slice. Apply butter on upper bread slice.

Heat a grilled sandwich maker, grease with butter, place prepared sandwich, cover and allow to cook till brown marks appear. Open and take out grilled sandwich from sandwich maker.

Cut grilled sandwich with a knife. Serve hot grilled vegetable cheese sandwich with green, red chutney and crispy potato wafers.
