Under the dynamic leadership of Managing Director, Amartex Industries Ltd., Mr.ARUN GROVER, who was born in the City Beautiful Chandigarh, U.T.on July 12 1962, attended basic schooling from well known convent institution, where he was groomed with discipline, learning, character building and personality development had touched the apex level of progress in the fields of Textiles and Retailing. Mr. Grover did his graduation with diploma in Textiles, which could make him perfect in mastering his present profession. .Mr. Grover is a professional with tremendous vision, who could make Mumbai as field of experience since it is a city of business and economics hub for Trade and Textile providing great initial learning and gaining of experience for him.

Mr. Grover had the opportunities to learn grass root marketing in the Macca of Textile World of Gujrat. Mr. Grover's rich experience in pro experience marketing had lead to start and accelerate Amartex Industries, establishing it an invisible mark and name in the Retailing World of Textile. Mr. Grover's thoughtfulness in the today's world of phenomena of less margins/profits, at the same time more volume of sales and off course the elimination of middlemen there by had resulted in benefits/profits to the consumers. Mr. Grover had recently started Retailing of Glossary in his 50 Departmental Stores , which had given him the status of starting such proposition as a Premier in this field in whole of the country.

Apart from Textile Business, Mr. Grover expressed his sensitivity towards all fellow beings. Besides being a generous employer to the scores of employees for Amartex Industries, he leaves no opportunity to provide financial help and job oportunities to the under privileged and deserving cases. Mr. Grover had rendered tremendous support to poor children, who score above 90% marks in 10th and 12th.Mr. Grover had always extended monetary assistance to the families for marriage settlement of their daughters in needy and deserving cases.

Mr. Grover is deeply religious person, who provides food to people under the noble concept of “Amar Prayas” wherein people are fed daily in his humble attempt to serve humanity. Free reading/writing exercise is also done under the umbrella of AMARPRYAS.

Under his leadership of Amartex Industries participated in various Blood donation camps, conducted by Military Hospital, Chandimandir, Post Graduate Institute at Chandigarh & Civil Hospital. He also contributed generously for the victims of Natural calamities etc.

As a young and dynamic personality, Mr. Grover is extremely interested in sports, taking keen interest in extra-curricular activities, participating in various sports activities like swimming, Tennis etc. Mr. Grover is the Patron of Panchkula Cricket Association & contributing generously for training and matches.
